Player Support

For account help, gameplay questions, bug reports, or anything else game-related, the best ways to reach us are:

  • Discord (fastest): Our official Discord server is the most active place to get help. Our team and community are there daily, and most questions are answered quickly. Open a support ticket in the dedicated channel for account-specific issues.
  • Email: You can reach our support team at [email protected]. Email is best for issues that involve private account details you'd rather not share publicly.

When contacting support about an account issue, it helps to include your WAX wallet address and a clear description of the problem (and a screenshot, if relevant) so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Please never share your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet password with anyone — our team will never ask for them.
